How do I get started?

How long does a website take to build?

It depends on the complexity. A standard business website typically takes 4–8 weeks from sign-off on the design. Custom development projects vary. We'll give you a realistic timeline upfront.

Do I need to have content ready?

Not necessarily. We can work with what you have and help you build it out. We also partner with expert copywriters if you need help creating content from scratch.

What is a CMS?

CMS stands for Content Management System. It's software you access via a web browser to update your website — add news items, change content, add photos — without needing to know any code.

Can I update my own website?

Absolutely. Our CMS is designed to be easy to use. We train you up before launch so you feel confident managing your own site. And we're always here if you get stuck.

How many users can access the CMS?

Multiple users can have CMS access. Each package includes multi-user access as standard.

Do you provide hosting?

Yes. We offer both managed and self-managed hosting. Our websites run on premium enterprise servers automatically synced between two data centres — no cheap shared hosting here.

Is email included?

Yes. Each package includes up to 20 POP or IMAP email accounts. We always recommend using a domain email address (e.g. you@yourbusiness.co.nz) rather than a free service like Gmail.

What's the difference between POP and IMAP email?

POP downloads your email to your device and removes it from the server — like collecting mail from a PO Box. IMAP keeps email on the server and syncs across all your devices. IMAP is usually the better choice if you use multiple devices.

Are there hidden fees?

No. Ever. We work with you upfront to figure out exactly what you need. If anything changes during the project, we tell you immediately and clearly before doing anything that affects the cost.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes — we offer both low monthly fee and low upfront investment options depending on which suits your cash flow better. Get in touch and we can walk you through both.

What's included in the monthly hosting fee?

Hosting, email accounts, CMS licensing, and ongoing server maintenance. Everything you need to keep your website running — no surprise add-ons.
